Information we collect

Our estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, and a description of your project. We also receive information you choose to share when contacting us about an estimate, appointment, or job.

The website does not offer photo or document uploads or collect payment-card details. Please keep your message limited to the information needed to discuss your project.

Website and security providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver the website and help prevent abuse.

How we use your information

We use inquiry and customer information to respond to requests, prepare and follow up on estimates, schedule work, communicate about jobs, and maintain related business records. We do not sell this information, use it for promotional emails or texts, or upload it to advertising audience lists.

Who handles your information

Within Synergy, our owner, operations manager, and sales team handle customer information for estimates, scheduling, and jobs. We use these services to support that work:

• FormSubmit receives the details you submit through our form and sends them to our business email.
• Google Workspace provides our business email, where inquiry correspondence may be stored.
• GorillaDesk and Joist support our customer records, estimates, scheduling, and job administration. Relevant customer details may be entered into these services.
• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery infrastructure. See the OpenAI and Cloudflare privacy information.

Providers process information under their applicable terms and policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Cookies and other websites

We have not added Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or another advertising tracker to this website. Hosting and form services may use cookies and similar technologies for their operation and security.

The FormSubmit submission process uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may process device and interaction information and set cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect form submission. Our Facebook link takes you to Facebook, where its own privacy practices apply.

How long information is kept

We have not established a fixed retention period for inquiry and job records. Correspondence and related records may remain in our business email, GorillaDesk, and Joist after an inquiry or job ends. When reviewing deletion requests, we consider ongoing work, necessary business records, legal obligations, and disputes.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days in its documentation. That period does not delete copies already delivered to our email or entered into our business software. Providers may also retain backups or records under their own policies.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Email info@synergymnt.com or call (865) 456-4457. You may call instead of using the online form.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing work. We will explain any limits that apply. Any additional rights and response deadlines depend on applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose.
